Peoplewheels is the name of my blog on knowledge sharing, collaboration and social / organizational network analysis. I will primarily use it to share my stories about what I am learning and discovering as a result of connecting with my fellow peers in this practice.

My work:
My current role is to develop and execute an enterprise-wide collaboration strategy at Accenture that facilitates the flow of ideas, best practices, standards and leadership in order to unlock innovation and increase productivity through the application of social networking technologies such as microblogging, social bookmarking, wikis, blogs, tagging, expertise-location, RSS, podcasts to highlight a few.
I spend a fair amount of my time building awareness and enabling 180,000 employees to apply social networking capabilities to mobilize the right people around current business challenges/opportunities. This involves developing and executing enablement and communication plans working with executive level multidisciplinary teams within a large global organization.
In my previous role I developed the Knowledge Management & learning strategy for business units that include assessment of current skills, capability gaps and program to fill gaps through virtual collaboration and community building solutions and communication plans.
Prior to that I worked with a software company as an information architect, bridging the design gaps between users, programmers and business owners with a focus on communication & collaboration technologies.
